Ms. Riechert is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Ohio. Ms. Riechert obtained a B.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati in 2003. She graduated from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2007 and was admitted to the bar in Ohio that same year. Ms. Riechert relocated to Illinois and became licensed to practice law in Illinois in 2011.

Ms. Riechert practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, and guardianship. Ms. Riechert’s past experience primarily in the area of family law enables her to understand the often complex nature of modern families with adoptions, blended families, and same sex marriages. She is passionate about providing high quality legal services to clients through exceptional service, communication, and compassion to face any concern a client may have.

Ms. Riechert regularly presents on topics of estate planning, special needs trust, ABLE accounts, and guardianship to both parent groups and professional organizations. Ms. Riechert is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners and is accredited by the US Department of Veterans Affairs for veteran’s benefits and planning. Ms. Riechert is currently serving as vice-chair of the DuPage County Bar Association Estate Planning Committee.

Ms. Riechert lives in the western suburbs with her husband and children and is active in her community volunteering with local service organizations and fostering dogs through a local rescue organization.
